I feel like I've seen this guy somewhere before, but for the life of me I can't remember where.

Anyway, whoever this guy is, he's developed some sort of scheme to "share the wealth" by helping people who don't speak English apply for free money from the government to buy digital television converter boxes. Not sure what I think about that. Where I came from we pulled ourselves up by our bootstraps and bought our own DTV converter boxes.
